Position: Landscape Designer (1–4+ Years of Experience)

What You'll Be Working On

Our diverse portfolio spans urban infill, mixed-use development, community parks, campuses, civic spaces, large-scale master plans, and private residential projects. We’re currently working on some of our most exciting projects to date—and you’ll be in the thick of it, not just watching from the sidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s hungry to learn and ready to lead in the future. If you’re obsessed with great design, love sketching ideas by hand, and are energized by collaboration, you’ll thrive here.

Must-Haves:

·         2–4+ years of professional experience in a design studio or related field

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent design field)

·         Proficient skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

·         Beautiful, expressive hand graphics (we’re serious—we sketch often and value it!)

·         Excellent design instincts and communication skills

·         Ability to balance creativity with project goals, budgets, and timelines

·         Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership

Your Role

·         Collaborate with project teams to develop site plans, concepts, graphics, and construction documents

·         Produce and present technical drawings, illustrative plans, and 3D models

·         Conduct site visits, field research, and code analysis

·         Work with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to bring great design to life

·         Learn from the best—and bring fresh ideas of your own
