Overview
Brewer’s Pool and Landscaping in Memphis is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming Pool/Spa Construction & Renovations Operations Manager to lead our pool construction, renovation, service, and weekly maintenance operations. This position oversees construction crews, manages pool service and maintenance schedules, meets with current and potential customers, prepares estimates and bids, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of swimming pool construction and equipment, experience with hardscapes, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Responsibilities
Oversee swimming pool & spa construction and renovation projects from start to finish
Manage and supervise construction, service, and maintenance crews
Schedule and coordinate weekly pool maintenance and service operations
Meet with customers onsite to discuss projects, repairs, renovations, and maintenance needs
Prepare estimates, proposals, and project bids
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Order materials and coordinate subcontractors when needed
Troubleshoot pool & spa equipment and construction-related issues
Maintain quality control and safety standards on all job sites
Communicate project updates with customers and office staff
Train and support crew members as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge of in swimming pool construction, renovation, and equipment repair
Knowledge of hardscapes, concrete, pavers, and outdoor living projects
Leadership and crew management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic computer/iPad skills preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
Pool plumbing and automation knowledge
Experience with scheduling and estimating
Sales or customer consultation experience
Ability to operate equipment and oversee field operations
