Project Manager/Project Landscape Architect | Addison Group | Nashville, TN
Are you a creative, client-focused landscape architect who thrives on delivering stunning residential designs — all from the comfort of your home office? Addison Group is looking for a talented and personable Project Manager/Project Landscape Architect to join our growing team.
This is a primarily remote opportunity based in the Nashville area, with occasional client site visits and team gatherings. We're looking for someone who brings both exceptional design skills and the kind of warm, professional presence that clients remember. This role serves as a vital right-hand to our current project flow — focused on execution, technical support, and helping our team deliver outstanding results for every client.
What You'll Do
• Lead and manage residential landscape design projects from concept through completion
• Meet with clients to understand their vision and translate it into beautiful, functional spaces
• Prepare and review site and grading plans with a high level of technical accuracy
• Collaborate with a close-knit team, contributing ideas and supporting shared goals
• Produce high-quality design documents, plans, and presentations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working with site and grading plans
• Strong knowledge of local Nashville/Middle Tennessee plant material and regional landscape conditions
• Experience with SketchUp is a plus
• Experience with Bluebeam is a plus
• RLA/PLA licensure preferred — but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy working with people
• Must be based locally in the Nashville, TN area with the ability to easily drive in for site visits and team collaboration
• Primarily residential project experience; commercial and mixed-use experience a bonus
